I didn't know what I was looking for when I walked into the flower cooler to assemble today's #HandtiedTuesday bouquet. However, I quickly melted over the soft, deep darkness of this bunch of ranunculus and then actually squealed a little bit when I found the pale pink astilbe. This is a dynamite combination, the perfect balance of sweet romance and... dare I say sexiness?

This combination of ranunculus and astilbe could have been paired with pretty much any leavfy greenery filler. I'm always prone to something cascading and wild, so I went with seeded eucalyptus. This would also look beautiful with leatherleaf fern, dusty miller, or lamb's ear. I'll have to try those out another Tuesday.

**To brides who think, "I HAVE to have this combo," keep in mind this was the most second most expensive bouquet I've ever assembled. But if it was worth it to me, it's probably worth it to you too ;)
